“The FBI was conducting raids Saturday night at multiple locations in southeast Michigan,” WXYZ News in Detroit reported last night. “Action News has learned Homeland Security and the Joint Anti-terrorism Task Force is also involved in a major operation.”
It appears raids are being conducted in Hammond, Indiana, and Sandusky, Ohio, as well. “Hammond police assisted with an FBI raid Saturday evening in the Indiana city, but federal officials would not release any details,” Chicago Breaking News Center reported.
new pittsburgh police cruisers to include video cameras from post-gazette: Video cameras will be mounted in at least 27 new police cruisers expected to roam the streets in upcoming weeks, a technological first for Pittsburgh police. "It's going to help everybody," fleet operations Sgt. Gordon McDaniel said yesterday. "If you know you're being recorded, you're going to act accordingly." The cameras will roll as soon as a car's emergency lights are activated, but also can be controlled by a remote on an officer's belt. Footage will aid investigations and can help when complaints are filed against officers, among other uses, he said.

Female students are upset about the changes. Crime Stoppers of Cook County is even offering rewards to tipsters whose information produces arrests. For murder cases, that can involve up to $1,000. “Practically every student these days has a cell phone. Students are texting each other messages faster than they can dial a number,” Police Supt. Jody Weis said in announcing the pilot program with Chicago Public Schools CEO Arne Duncan. “We want them to text a tip to the police — a tip that could potentially save their life or someone else’s.” All text messages must begin with the letters “cpd” and can include common text abbreviations.
school shooting drill terrifies unknowing teachers from wcau-tv: About 50 teachers at a New Jersey school experienced a terrifying moment when a shooting rampage turned out to be a drill, but the teachers didn't know it. It happened Aug. 28 at the Phillipsburg New Jersey Early Learning Center. A man burst into the library and started shooting. But the gun didn't have any bullets, just blanks. Teachers took cover under child-sized tables, crying and trembling. "People are crying. The girl next to me is trembling and shaking. You heard people crying. You heard other people praying. It was pretty dramatic," one teacher said. The school district put the drill in place to test staff readiness. The Phillipsburg School Board heard from angry teachers and parents Monday night. The board is reviewing the drill.
The emergency exercise is being conducted by the 307th Single Battalion soldiers and over 200 military person ell and civilians. Together they will take part in setting up, mobilizing and operating a mock quarantine area to stop a deadly virus from spreading. The 307th Single Battalion is capable of controlling and commanding communications for military units anywhere in the world.

As experienced military professionals, it is our mission of conscience to publish alerts to the American people whenever the danger of a false flag attack is high. We face that danger now with several suspicious military exercises just ahead of us.
On July 22 Virginia will run a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) scenario at the Richmond International Airport. For two weeks we have tried to gather particulars on the terror drill from the Virginia National Guard. The command has been evasive, refusing us access to personnel involved in the WMD-related activities.
July 28-August 1, a wide array of U.S. military, police, and disaster agencies will be running multiple terror and catastrophe drills. The two main terror drills are “Noble Resolve” and “Diablo Bravo."
The National Guard Bureau informed us that during Noble Resolve ‘08, Virginia will run scenarios involving a rail incident and a terrorist attack. Both Indiana and Oregon will simulate earthquakes. Two weeks ago, Capt. Stephen Bomar, public affairs officer for the Oregon National Guard, told us that a “surprise inject” for Noble Resolve 2008 could include a WMD anywhere in the state.
Texas will also be prepared for surprise injects—including nuclear devices. Exercise officials refused to provide details, saying that they did not want to spoil the surprise for exercise participants. May detailed official evasions about recent terror drills in the Houston area, which have led notable intelligence writers to settle on Houston as the most likely target for a false flag attack. He included the suspicious gunning down of CIA operative Roland Carnaby, who may have been involved in a terror plot, by Houston police.
Diablo Bravo, like Noble Resolve, is a national-level exercise. It involves Department of Energy-controlled nukes in the state of Washington. According to local officials, on July 28, “the public may see a puff of smoke with a bang at the exercise start and observe some increase in vehicular traffic” near the U.S. Strategic Weapons Facility in Bremerton. Diablo Bravo will have 500 participants from a wide range of local, state, and federal agencies across America.
In addition to Noble Resolve and Diablo Bravo, there are two other noteworthy concurrent exercises. “Immediate Response 2008,” running for three weeks beginning in mid-July, involves a thousand American troops training in the nation of Georgia. The Bush administration is pressuring east Russia, probably in preparation for an attack on Iran in Russia’s south. “JTFEX 08-4, Operation Brimstone,” running from July 21-31, involves 15,000 military personnel in amphibious exercises along the U.S. southeast coast, probably simulating the Iranian coastline.
We believe that since 9/11 the American people have already thwarted false flag attempts with well-timed Internet alerts. The Internet can effectively interdict treasonous intentions. About 2,300 Marines from the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, based at Camp Lejeune, N.C., will conduct urban warfare training from Wednesday through June 19 in and around Indianapolis.
fema will regain power from washington post: After years of aggressive lobbying by unhappy state governments, the administration chose to restore FEMA's power to coordinate federal disaster operations. That power was undermined in the administration's previous plan - used just once, after Katrina - when the secretary of homeland security appointed his own officer to oversee disaster response. Under the new plan, the head of FEMA will appoint the top coordinating officer, clarifying responsibility and, according to the states, ending confusion that caused critical delays. Congress ordered that change to the plan last year.
pentagon explores 'human fear' chemicals from danger room: American military researchers are working to uncover and harness the most terrifying chemical imaginable: that most primal odor, the scent of fear. Pheromones are chemicals released by animals as signals to their own kind: for sex, for territorial marking, and more. They're often detected in the olfactory membranes. But there's more to pheromones than attraction. Many animals have an alarm pheromone which is used to signal danger; aphids, for example, use it to cause their fellow lice to flee. Now, the US Army is trying to track down and harness people's smell of fear. The military has backed a study on the "Identification and Isolation of Human Alarm Pheromones," which "focused on the Preliminary Identification of Steroids of Interest in Human Fear Sweat."
northcom to run computer disaster drill from washington technology: The U.S. Joint Forces Command and Northern Command are planning a series of computer-based disaster drills with four states this year as part of their Noble Resolve 2008 preparedness exercises. The drills are intended to enhance military support during and after natural disasters, accidents and terrorist attacks. The participating states are Indiana, Oregon, Texas and Virginia.
