ground zero: science fiction & spiritual povertyfrom clyde lewis: In my history as a Talk show host I have interviewed scores of individuals who are authors in the sphere of Science Fiction. I have related my views on the idea that many people see science fiction as a great way to escape. I see it as an clandestine way to supplant religious thought with a new spirituality. It is a spirituality that has been highly favored by the cryptocracy and a way to acclimate society to the desired futures proposed by the elite. Now I am not saying that all science fiction has some sort of nefarious purpose, but what I am saying is that selected tales that have been embraced by the masses may very well become the new religious movements of the future if not in the present.
