mind drugs, tom clancy, deniable laser, invisibility & control

future wars 'to be fought with mind drugs'
future wars 'to be fought with mind drugs'from telegraph: Landmines releasing brain-altering chemicals, scanners reading soldiers' minds and devices boosting eyesight and hearing could all one figure in arsenals, suggests the study. Sophisticated drugs, designed for dementia patients but also allowing troops to stay awake and alert for several days are expected to be developed, according to the report. It is thought that some US soldiers are already taking drugs prescribed for narcolepsy in an attempt to combat fatigue. As well as those physically and mentally boosting one's own troops, substances could also be developed to deplete an opponents' forces, it says.

tom clancy’s predictive programming: 'ghost recon' & the georgia/russian war
tom clancy’s predictive programming: 'ghost recon' & the georgia/russian warfrom truthnews: Did Tom Clancy’s “lucky assertions” foretell in 2001 the Georgia Conflict of 2008 and foretell in 2004 “The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) of 2005?” We will analyze Clancy’s seemingly “clairvoyant” references about the ongoing conflict in Georgia which include the following “lucky assertions:”
  1. Civil unrest in Russia in August 2008- Lucky guess?
  2. U.S. clandestine support of rebel factions in Georgia- Lucky guess?
  3. Specifically cites South Ossetia War in 2008- Lucky guess?
  4. The U.S. clandestine forces “Ghosts” are deployed in Ossetia to silence the rebellion - Lucky guess?
  5. U.S. Ghosts battle South Ossetian rebel forces from the north of Georgia.
  6. Russian government eventually sends in their army to aid the South Ossetian rebels - Lucky guess?
US boasts of laser weapon's 'plausible deniability'
US boasts of laser weapon's 'plausible deniability'from new scientist: An airborne laser weapon dubbed the "long-range blowtorch" (644kb PDF) has the added benefit that the US could convincingly deny any involvement with the destruction it causes, say senior officials of the US Air Force (USAF). The Advanced Tactical Laser (ATL) is to be mounted on a Hercules military transport plane. Boeing announced the first test firing of the laser, from a plane on the ground, earlier this summer. Cynthia Kaiser, chief engineer of the US Air Force Research Laboratory's Directed Energy Directorate, used the phrase "plausible deniability" to describe the weapon's benefits in a briefing (powerpoint format) on laser weapons to the New Mexico Optics Industry Association in June.

invisibility cloak now within sight: scientists
invisibility cloak now within sight: scientistsfrom afp: The age-old fantasy of making yourself invisible has taken a step toward reality, with scientists saying they have created three-dimensional materials that can bend visible light. For the moment, the vanishing act takes place on a nanoscale, measured in billionths of a metre. But there is no fundamental reason why the same principles cannot be scaled up one day to make invisibility cloaks big enough to hide a person, a tank or even a tanker, the scientists say. The groundbreaking experiments, led by Xiang Zhang at the University of California at Berkeley, were reported simultaneously Sunday in the British journal Nature and the US-based journal Science.

mind control by cell phone
mind control by cell phonefrom scientific american: "This was a completely unexpected finding," Horne told me. "We didn't suspect any effect on EEG [after switching off the phone]. We were interested in studying the effect of mobile phone signals on sleep itself." But it quickly became obvious to Horne and colleagues in preparing for the sleep-research experiments that some of the test subjects had difficulty falling asleep. Horne and his colleagues controlled a Nokia 6310e cell phone—another popular and basic phone—attached to the head of 10 healthy but sleep-deprived men in their sleep research lab... The experiment revealed that after the phone was switched to "talk" mode a different brain-wave pattern, called delta waves (in the range of one to four Hertz), remained dampened for nearly one hour after the phone was shut off... Although the test subjects had been sleep-deprived the night before, they could not fall asleep for nearly one hour after the phone had been operating without their knowledge. Although this research shows that cell phone transmissions can affect a person's brainwaves with persistent effects on behavior, Horne does not feel there is any need for concern that cell phones are damaging.

outside the box bullhorns the fox

from alex ansary: Alex Ansary makes some noise outside a concert hall in Portland, Oregon where Vincente Fox spoke on March 19th, 2008. The former President of Mexico signed the SPP agreement with George Bush, and Paul Martin in 2005 in Waco Texas. Alex addressed the collapsing economy and how the elite are seeking to use this financial crisis to gradually move us into a North American Union. During a time when the nation's currency is collapsing, the most effective solution to avoiding a food shortage is to begin to grow more food locally so we are better prepared when the dollar is fully destroyed.

topoff 5: nau, spp & the 2010 olympics

three amigos at 2010 winter olympics?
three amigos at 2010 winter olympics?from vancouver24: Could Canada's Games be secured with help from Americans and Mexicans?

Canada, U.S. and Mexico are planning a massive joint military exercise in April 2009 "to focus on terrorist events that could affect [the] 2010 Olympics," according to Public Safety Canada documents released to 2010 Watch via access to information.

The rehearsal, led by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, is code-named TOPOFF 5. Canadian troops were among the 15,000 participants involved in last October's TOPOFF 4 in Portland, Ore., Phoenix, Ariz. and Guam.

"Exercises provide unique training opportunities to strengthen our ability to deal with potential emergencies," said Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day in an e-mail statement responding to 24 hours' interview request. "They are important tools to strengthen Canada's ability to deal with real incidents."

topoff 5: nau, spp & the 2010 olympicsAn undated Public Safety Canada report said up to $22.8 million was needed to fund emergency management, counter-terrorism, cyber security and critical infrastructure protection exercises, "leading to a trilateral full-scale exercise prior to the Vancouver Olympic Games in 2010, as outlined under the Security and Prosperity Partnership."

SPP was founded in 2005 to promote economic growth and enhanced security in North America.

"Does it mean that if the American forces are training with Canadian forces that they are going to be positioned here in Canada during the period of the Olympic Games?" said 2010 Watch's Chris Shaw. "And, if so, under whose command?"

alberta government admits nafta superhighway

(ed: incidentally, the recent storms & floods that caused mass damage to the washington/oregon portion of interstate 5 will probably tie into this further restructuring/integration of our nation's, and continent's, highways...)

alberta government admits nafta superhighwayfrom rogue government: Alberta's government web site admits to the existence of a NAFTA superhighway. While establishment media hacks continue to deny plans for a continental highway, it is curious that a government web site would openly admit to the existence of it. It is also curious how these liars can get away with calling presidential candidate Ron Paul a conspiracy theorist for citing readily available information. One of the driving forces behind the formation of a NAFTA superhighway is NASCO a non profit organization dedicated to expanding our current highway infrastructure so goods can be more easily traded within the coming North American Union.

What's funny about NASCO's web site is that they deny the existence of a continental superhighway but openly admit to it at the same time. Take for example the following taken from their myth vs fact section:
MYTH: NASCO is spearheading the creation of a NAFTA Superhighway?

FACT: Founded in 1994, NASCO is a nonprofit organization that is working to bring together the public and private sectors along a common corridor. The organization is striving to:
1) solve critical infrastructure problems in innovative ways;
2) maximize the efficient use of our existing resources;
3) better utilize critical diminishing funding for transportation infrastructure; and,
4) employ technology along our existing infrastructure to improve security.
How is it a myth if the goal of this organization is to expand and make improvements on I-35 which is referred to by the Alberta government as the NAFTA superhighway? Why is it that they have a logo that represents the flags of Mexico, Canada and the U.S.? This is a clear cut case of double think. They deny the existence of a NAFTA superhighway, but admit openly that they are doing all sorts of things to ensure that I-35 is improved upon to be used as the NAFTA superhighway.

Here they openly admit that existing highway infrastructure is to be used as the NAFTA superhighway:
"NAFTA Superhighway" - As of late, there has been much media attention given to the "new, proposed NAFTA Superhighway". NASCO and the cities, counties, states and provinces along our existing Interstate Highways 35/29/94 (the NASCO Corridor) have been referring to I-35 as the 'NAFTA Superhighway' for many years, as I-35 already carries a substantial amount of international trade with Mexico, the United States and Canada. There are no plans to build a new NAFTA Superhighway - it exists today as I-35.
The bottom line is that a NAFTA superhighway will be formed by making improvements to existing highway infrastructure. Technically, there is no new NAFTA superhighway because the NAFTA superhighway will be built around what is already there. NASCO admits this openly on their web site, and the Alberta government actually states that I-35 is the NAFTA superhighway. The continued denial of a NAFTA superhighway by establishment media hacks proves that they are not journalists, but instead are bought and paid for propagandists who are too lazy to do basic research.

bush greases skids for un pandemic power grab

bestselling author "wouldn't put it past" globalists to release virus to capitalize on control
bush greases skids for un pandemic power grabfrom paul joseph watson: The World Health Organization and the U.N. have been handed complete control over response procedures in the event of a pandemic outbreak in the U.S. after an agreement was signed by President Bush at the recent SPP meeting that bypasses congressional approval.

"We've now got a North American plan for avian and pandemic influenza... and what this plan does is it puts U.S., Canadian and Mexican under the World Health Organization and under the United Nations' law and control should there be any health emergency," bestselling author Jerome Corsi told the Alex Jones Show on Friday .

Corsi said it was "blue helmet time" should such an emergency arise and that the origins of the agreement could be traced back to 2005, when President Bush announced a new International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza to a High-Level Plenary Meeting of the U.N. General Assembly, in New York.

At the recent SPP meeting in Montebello Canada, an agreement was signed North American Plan For Avian & Pandemic Influenza (3.02mb PDF) that "Establishes U.N. law along with regulations by the World Trade Organization and World Health Organization as supreme over U.S. law during a pandemic and sets the stage for militarizing the management of continental health emergencies," writes Corsi.

mexico trucks to roll on US highways

mexico trucks to roll on US highwaysfrom reuters: The Bush administration can proceed with a plan to open the U.S. border to long haul Mexican trucks as early as next week after an appeals court rejected a bid by labor, consumer and environmental interests to block the initiative.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco late on Friday denied an emergency petition 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Emergency Pettition Denial (26kb PDF) sought by the Teamsters union, the Sierra Club and consumer group Public Citizen to halt the start of a one-year pilot program that was approved by Congress after years of legal and political wrangling.

The Transportation Department welcomed the decision and said in a statement that allowing more direct shipments from Mexico will benefit U.S. consumers.

The 1994 North American Free Trade Agreement approved broader access for ground shipments from both countries but the Clinton administration never complied with the trucking provision. A special tribunal ordered the Bush administration to do so in 2001.

"This is the wrong decision for working men and women," Jim Hoffa, president of the Teamsters, said in a statement after the court ruling. "We believe this program clearly breaks the law." The Teamsters represents truckers that would be affected by the change.

The emergency stay was sought on grounds the administration's pilot program had not satisfied the U.S. Congress' requirements on safety and other issues. But the appeals court ruled otherwise.

police accused of using provocateurs at summit

police accused of using provocateurs at summitfrom canadian press: Protesters are accusing police of using undercover agents to provoke violent confrontations at the North American leaders' summit in Montebello, Que.

Such accusations have been made before after similar demonstrations but this time the alleged "agents provocateurs" have been caught on camera.

A video, posted on YouTube, shows three young men, their faces masked by bandannas, mingling Monday with protesters in front of a line of police in riot gear. At least one of the masked men is holding a rock in his hand.

The three are confronted by protest organizer Dave Coles, president of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada. Coles makes it clear the masked men are not welcome among his group of protesters, whom he describes as mainly grandparents. He urges them to leave and find their own protest location.

Coles also demands that they put down their rocks. Other protesters begin to chime in that the three are really police agents. Several try to snatch the bandanas from their faces.

Rather than leave, the three actually start edging closer to the police line, where they appear to engage in discussions. They eventually push their way past an officer, whereupon other police shove them to the ground and handcuff them.

police accused of using provocateurs at summitLate Tuesday, photographs taken by another protester surfaced, showing the trio lying prone on the ground. The photos show the soles of their boots adorned by yellow triangles. A police officer kneeling beside the men has an identical yellow triangle on the sole of his boot.

Kevin Skerrett, a protester with the group Nowar-Paix, said the photos and video together present powerful evidence that the men were actually undercover police officers.

"I think the circumstantial evidence is very powerful," he said.

The three do not appear to have been arrested or charged with any offence.

Police confirm that only four protesters were arrested during the summit – two men and two women. All have been charged with obstruction and resisting arrest.

Veteran protester Jaggi Singh, who is helping to circulate the video as widely as possible, said all four of those arrested are known to organizers and are genuine protesters.

"But we see very clearly in that video three (other) men being arrested... How do (police) account for these three people being taken in, being arrested? Where did they go?" Singh said.

"I have no hesitation in saying they were police agents... and they were caught red-handed."

Singh, a member of the Montreal-based No One is Illegal, believes the agents were meant to provoke a confrontation and give the police an excuse to use some of their "toys," such as tear gas and rubber bullets.

"To a certain extent it's self-fulfilling logic. You provide police with this kind of equipment and they end up using it and one way to justify it is to plant some people that toss a rock or two."

Neither the RCMP nor the Surete du Quebec would comment on the video or even discuss generally whether they ever use the tactic of employing agents provocateurs.

"I cannot answer your question because I don't have the information," said Const. Kane Kramer, a spokesman for the RCMP at the summit.

only 'virtual protests' allowed at north american summit

only 'virtual protests' allowed at north american summitfrom afp: Protesters will be "seen and heard" when North American leaders meet next week in Montebello, near Ottawa, but only virtually - via an audio-video feed set up by organizers. And the heads of the United States, Canada and Mexico may opt to change the channel.

The arrangement is "in compliance with (a Canadian) court's decision that protesters have a right to be 'seen and heard,'" said Sandra Buckler, a spokeswoman for host Stephen Harper, the prime minister of Canada.

However, the novel plan to give protesters a voice, while maintaining strict security for the talks, has riled protesters being kept out by a fence, three meters (10 feet) high and 2.5-kilometers (1.5 miles) around the meeting place.

"It's a travesty of democracy," Sophie Shoen of People's Global Action told Agence France-Presse. "We must be allowed to directly confront political leaders where and when we choose, not virtually."

The hundreds of demonstrators expected to try to disrupt the summit "must be able to make their protests heard by the leaders they are addressing," echoed Grace Pastine, of the B.C. Civil Liberties Association, in a statement.

"They must be allowed to protest in Montebello," a luxury log-cabin hotel nestled in a lush forest between Ottawa and Montreal, she said.

In defiance, several anti-globalization groups said they planned to try to get as close to the meeting site as possible, refusing to be "caged" in a forest clearing set up for them by summit organizers.

A parallel counter-summit uniting academics and opposition MPs is also planned in Ottawa...

Activists, labor groups, academics and opposition politicians are decrying the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP), a framework for greater trade and security integration of Canada, the United States and Mexico.

where's the transparency in the 'security & prosperity partnership'?

where's the transparency in the 'security & prosperity partnership'?from globe & mail: On Aug. 20 and 21, the leaders of Mexico, Canada and the United States will meet in Montebello, Que., to discuss the so-called Security and Prosperity Partnership. It provides a vision for North American integration that most Canadians, Americans and Mexicans would reject.

Governments in all three countries have dodged political or public debate about the SPP, and it is often those of us against its vision for North America who end up on the defensive, accused of hampering discussion.

The Council of Canadians, Canada's largest citizens' advocacy group, has been following SPP developments since it was launched in March of 2005. Our organization is not against international co-operation. We are concerned, however, about the nature of the co-operation between the executive branches of our government and the big business community established by the SPP.

noble resolve '07: 4 days of simulated terror

noble resolve '07: 4 days of simulated terrorfrom false flag news: From April 23-27, the elite echelon of the military are running Noble Resolve 07, a 4-day marathon of “simulated” terror attacks across the US and Europe. This includes a simulated detonation of a “loose” 10-kiloton nuclear weapon Virginia harbor, smuggled in by a “foreign nation.”

This week Dick Cheney has also been warning of the “very real” threat of a nuclear attack on an American city. Could the Noble Resolve drills be used as a screen for a false-flag attack to be blamed on Iran, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, or sheep-dipped Americans like Adam Gadahn?

The drills are being run by Joint Task Force Command (JTFCOM), Northern Command (NORTHCOM), J9 Joint Innovation and Experimentation Directorate, FEMA’s command bunker, the Department of Homeland Security, and Virginia police.

The US Marines are also running “Emerald Express 07” in Virginia on April 24 as part of their Urban Warrior 07 drill package.

It is important to note the “Noble Resolve” drills are dominated by NORTHCOM, the branch of “homeland defense” based in Colorado and responsible for shutting down the United States under martial law, as well as ushering in the merger of the US, Canada, and Mexico via the SPP.

Meanwhile the J9 Directorate, formulates various terror scenarios and uses advanced computer modeling to run drills and predict human reactions; Recent articles highlight how they are using virtual environments to create and manage realistic war scenarios with millions of “people.”

Some key quotes from the article:
“He said the scenario of the experiment's first phase starts with multinational partners and goes down to individual municipalities. It begins with a threat that originates in Europe and travels toward the United States.”

“Kersh said that as the scenario progresses, other agencies and other layers of government become involved.”

"The problem eventually arrives at the commonwealth of Virginia with that threat making it into port and then blowing up. This will cause us to work the consequence management part of the problem”

The fusion center is in a state police headquarters and it's collocated with Virginia's emergency operations center.” (ed: Mount Weather)

coordinated with DHS, possibly to coincide with one of that department's major exercises.”
We must remember that CIA agent Philip Giraldi warned the American Conservative magazine that STRATCOM would launch a nuclear attack on Iran in the wake of a new WMD-style attack on American soil.

Russian General Says U.S. Continues Preparations for Iran StrikeAnd the Russian media and former Russian military members continue to warn that an American and Israeli strike on Iran is imminent.

While many drills are run every month, Noble Resolve 07, with it’s “realistic” scenarios, comes at a time of increased geopolitical tension. It is reminiscent of the drills in 2005, where a ten-kiloton nuclear weapon was “simulated” to explode in South Carolina. Some speculated that four-star Gen. Kevin Byrnes, of the Fort Meade TRADOC command, was fired due to his exposure of the drill.

We should not live in a constant state of panic and fear, or make any irresponsible predictions about Noble Resolve 07. But in the coming days, we can email this information to blogs, media outlets, friends and family. Congressmen, and others to help inoculate against any possibility that roguered teamsinside the drills may be activated.
