report says 6 bush officials to be indicted on torture charges

from raw replay: Sources have told The Daily Beast’s Scott Horton that Spanish prosecutors will investigate six former Bush officials for sanctioning torture. Horton told CNN’s John Roberts that Spanish prosecutors wouldn’t have investigated if they had received assurances from U.S. officials that they would investigate the crimes.
