collateral news: 10 steps to democracy

from collateral news: It's the list-making time of the year 2008. So we've compiled a list of actions an Obama administration can do immediately upon taking power to diminish the damage the Bush administration has caused.

(ed: i'm not sure if this is an intentional play on '10 steps to fascism,' but regardless, this is more foolhardy optimism from the left who still haven't had their 'oh shit' moment. they won't change shit & you voted for it...)
