pennsylvania police investigating death of tased man

from raw replay: Allegheny County Police in Pennsylvania are investigating the death of man who was shocked with a taser. Police said that a taser was used after the man refused to follow orders and made “furtive movements towards others.”

KDKA reported: “But witnesses we spoke with say what happens after he was tased was unnecessary. One woman who declined to be identified said, ‘After he was tased and handcuffed, one officer used a football-type kick and stomped him in the head.’”

The man’s father told WXPI, “I want to know what happened, what the particulars of the incident were that caused my son’s death.”
