oregon sec of state: mail-in vote could work everywhere

from raw replay: CNN’s Kyra Phillips talked with Oregon’s Secretary of State, Bill Bradbury. Bradbury believes that an Oregon style mail-in election could work everywhere. Bradbury said that Oregon’s voter validation system is the most comprehensive in the Nation. Oregon uses voter signature to verify voter identity.
