'bin laden' message condemns israeli anniversaryfrom guardian: An internet audio message purportedly from Osama bin Laden was released today marking the 60th anniversary of the creation of Israel with a vow to continue the fight against the country and its allies.

The speaker said the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was at the heart of an Islamic battle with the west and an inspiration to the 19 bombers who carried out the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

"We will continue, God permitting, the fight against the Israelis and their allies ... and will not give up a single inch of Palestine as long as there is one true Muslim on earth," he said.

Interestingly there has not been an al Qaeda attack on Israel or at its overseas diplomatic locations. Why is that? Does al Qaeda even exist?
