from alex ansary: Alex reports on the two anti-terrorism drills that are coming to Portland soon, Noble Resolve 07-2 in August and Top Off 4 in October. These exercises are geared towards getting local authorities to work with Homeland Security and other federal agencies in the event of a emergency.
