Democrats do love to bring those lawsuits on.
What makes you think he's a Democrat or that the lawsuit has anything to do with politics? Not that it matters but Cyrus Kar was in favor of bringing democracy to Iraq. But when a US citizen- a veteran for that matter- is being wrongfully held for two months in Iraq it makes you wonder if the military knows what their doing there. By the way, the ONLY reason Cyrus Kar was released after 55 days is because his family sued for his release. He was released the day before Justice Dept. attorneys were required to appear in court to explain why he was being held. It seems that the administration has to be sued for them to do the right thing.
