oregon sec of state: mail-in vote could work everywhere

from raw replay: CNN’s Kyra Phillips talked with Oregon’s Secretary of State, Bill Bradbury. Bradbury believes that an Oregon style mail-in election could work everywhere. Bradbury said that Oregon’s voter validation system is the most comprehensive in the Nation. Oregon uses voter signature to verify voter identity.

Oh it would work fantastically well to up voter turnout and participation.

Which is why I have little hope of it ever being implemented.
