from reuters/alertnet: The murder of Russia's first deputy central bank chief Andrei Kozlov, a crusader against money laundering, offers a glimpse into the world of crime which is never far from the surface of Russian business.
"Just follow the money," said a senior banker and close friend of Kozlov who expected the spotlight in the murder probe to fall on those banks he had shut down, or was about to close.
"Andrei was out to get the lousy money launderers, the crooks. He was taking them out one after another. I'm sure one of those criminal banks that he took out is behind this."
